ACS Console-Specific Auto Invocation
In order to maximize the potential for cross-sell opportunities, Episys® offers the functionality to automatically invoke the Account Cross Sell (ACS) specfile upon entering an account. While this works well for tellers and member service representatives, support and operational staff may not have a need to see the ACS screens every time they key in an account number.
Running Dog has developed a solution that allows individual users to ‘toggle’ the auto-invoke feature for ACS at their consoles. By running a simple demand specfile from any account, a user can control whether or not ACS will launch when entering an account.
Customized Tracking by Product, Service, User, Branch, and ACS ‘Action’
Running Dog can customize your ACS system to track the offers and actions made by staff members and report on them at any level. Branch managers can use ACS performance reports to monitor, coach, and reward staff members based on their cross-sell activities. Upper management can view reports that reflect cross-sell performance at the institution level.

Scripted FM Launched from ACS to Streamline Fulfillment of Accepted Cross-Sell Offers
Automate file maintenance such as share creation and preapproved loan application setup using subroutine specfiles. Member service representatives can have the ability to complete the sale using on-screen prompts that flow directly from the ACS interface.
Customize Frequency of ACS Offers to Members
The credit union can determine how frequently to offer products and services to members and prevent declined offers from being presented for any period of time. This functionality allows you to track the history of offers and their results at the member level and set thresholds for when a declined offer will be re-presented in the future.
Refer Members to Other Departments for Follow Up on an Offer
